I was hyped when I received the invitation to a bloggers party for the launch of Ginvera’s latest addition in to their Green Tea Whitening Series.

Heartfelt thanks to the lovelies at Ginvera and The Sample Store for making all of this possible, I totally enjoyed my afternoon spent at the party.

The party was held at Novus Restaurant & Bar in the National Museum of Singapore on a lovely Saturday afternoon.

And… Being the usual EARLY bird, I was free to roam around the museum before the start of the party.

Come to think of it, it has been years since I last stepped into the National Museum of Singapore, I’m more into arts so…

*runs away and hide in a corner before someone decides to condemns her*

Though I have to admit at the many changes it have undergoes since I last visited, there is still the serene and slow paced atmosphere that I simply adore. 

It feels as though I have been pluck right from my busy and stressful life and throw off some oasis.

How I wished that every day can be just as relaxing and laid back.

Not to mention that there were interesting exhibits up and activities to keep curious little me occupied.

Being the usual playful me, I even joined in a cube creating activity, that I think is aimed for children participation. 

Well age is not a factor when it comes to the churning of one’s creative juices and I guess that everyone is still a kid on the inside right?

Take a look at my creation which too happened to be my current top goal in my life, other than the attainment of good grades in my studies.

And... After completion, it's going to be combined together with all the rest of the cubes to form an interactive masterpiece.

Well time sure flies. Before I realized, it was time to head back to Novus Restaurant & Bar for the party to get started.

Just tell me how not to fall in love with the kind folks at Ginvera when the registration table was covered with the generous goodie bag which was kindly prepared for us.

Once I step into the Novus Restaurant & Bar, I was immediately greeted by 3 huge life size Ginvera standees. They are just too irresistibly cute right?

Just look at the neatly lined products and the tidy arrangement and placement of the tables and chairs.

Other than that, one would immediately take notice of their intricate interior décor. A sleek, classy décor with a balanced combination of monochrome grays, browns and vibrant colours like purple.

The lighting was sufficient to create a cozy ambience with natural light seeping in those the sexy looking windows.

I too love the unique painting and displays that blends well with the entire theme of the restaurant.

A major thumbs up for the selection of this location for the party.

Here’s our activity schedule for today, it’s a little tight I must say.

You girls must be thinking that the Ginvera’s Green Tea Whitening Series is not something new right? So why the organization of this party and why did I mentioned earlier on the new additions?

Ultimately my thoughts on both the Ginvera’s Green Tea Aqua Whitening Cream and the Ginvera’s Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream,

They are a fabulous combination and I would recommend you girls to use both of them together to achieve a radiant and lovely matte finish.

With its oil controlling properties, oil secretion seemed to be lesser by the delaying of shine surfacing from my t-zone areas for a good 2 to 3 hours more than usual.

My face do feel more hydrated as it does not cake up as much when I did my usual touching up in the afternoons.

The light-weight and matte finish which I absolutely love after using the Ginvera’s Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream, helps give the illusion of a natural makeup-less look.

I would prefer that it was of heavier coverage though as I still need to apply addition concealer to hide the flaws on my face.

The green tea extract found in both the Ginvera’s Green Tea Aqua Whitening Cream and the Ginvera’s Green Tea Nude Cover BB Cream do help to soothe the redness on my face while contributing to the heavenly green tea scent which I am madly in love with.
