Without further ado, I will be sharing with you girls more on the Sun Silk Weather Defense range, my personal feedback and the lovely event that I was kindly invited to.
Many thanks to Sun Silk and The Sample Store for the kind invitation and the fun time I had at the Sun Silk Weather Defense Blogger Event. I totally enjoyed myself and have too picked up valuable hair care tips as well.
The event was held on a lovely Saturday afternoon at Heeren Ben and Jerry’s for a casual and fun sharing session.
And… one of the highlight was that we are able to create our own sundae with the combination of any flavors, toppings or sides.
I must add that it’s really a sinful indulgence but it is absolutely a blast to experience a nice cold sugar rush on a typical sunny afternoon.
Not to mentioned that the staffs at Ben and Jerry’s was really friendly as well, the guy serving us was super attentive and patient as I took a super long time before deciding as I was like totally spoiled for choice with all the temping flavors.

Shortly after placing my orders and mingling with fellow bloggers, it was then time for the introduction and sharing session for the Sun Silk Weather Defense range.
We got to meet the bubbly and cheerful Shawn who is a representative from Unilever Singapore to share his vast knowledge on the Sun Silk Weather Defense range and impart useful hair care tips to us to attain a more confident self.
The Sun Silk Weather Defense range is specifically formulated to help battle against the harmful effects of the constantly changing elements of the weather namely the: Sun’s UV rays, heat, humility, wind and even the natural pollutants in the atmosphere.

Tips for healthier and enviable looking tresses:
- Washing your hair every single day is not a problem, though do only use cold or luke warm water to prevent getting heat damage to your hair
- Strengthen your hair and prevent unwanted breakages by using cold water to wash your hair

Proper usage of the Sun Silk Weather Defense Leave On:
- Use after showering on clean, semi wet hair to help create a protective layer before blow drying
- Spread evenly on palm before apply in a rubbing circular motion for wider coverage
- Lightly comb though your hair using your fingers to prevent tangles and to give an airy feel after application
- Do avoid the scalp area during application and divide your hair into different segments for hassle free application and a more even coverage

Tips for healthier and manageable hair:
- Always start by conditioning the mid to the ending tips of your hair

Ultimately how I feel about the Sun Silk Weather Defense range,
Just after of 1 week of constant usage all I can say is that I absolutely love the entire experience. During this period, I witness lesser fizz, smoother, tangle free, bouncier and more lively looking tresses.
Combing my hair deems to be less frightening with lesser hair breakages and I experience less fly away as well.
